From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and perfect for taking your time to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. Everything about the restaurant helps transport you to Turkey and the Mediterranean region—from the fabrics and decor to the presentation of the dishes. The staff is attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions and make recommendations. One detail we loved was the Little Turkish Grand Bazaar area inside the restaurant, with sweets, snacks, and specialty items that add to the experience and make it feel even more authentic. We started with the Hot Mixed Appetizer Plate, which includes several appetizers in smaller portions. It’s a great option if you want an introduction to Turkish cuisine and a chance to try a variety of flavors. Without exception, every item was delicious. For our main course, we had the Mixed Grilled Kebab with Shepherd Salad and the Stuffed Eggplant. The kebabs were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and even though I’m usually not an eggplant fan, I absolutely loved the stuffed eggplant and its rich flavor. The staff recommended the peach juice, and it was absolutely delicious. For dessert, we had the Kunefe, which truly impressed me with its texture and flavor. It was the perfect ending to the meal. What stood out most to us was the atmosphere. It’s not just a place to eat; it’s a place to slow down, enjoy good food, and immerse yourself in the culture. We will definitely be back. Pasha Turkish Cuisine has a genuinely lovely atmosphere that sets the right tone for a Turkish dining experience — warm, richly decorated, and inviting in a way that immediately puts you in the mood for a great meal. The service and food, however, both land in average territory and don't quite live up to the beautiful setting. The Turkish dishes are pleasant but lack the bold, authentic flavors that make this cuisine so special. With more depth in the kitchen and more attentive service, Pasha could be a truly exceptional Turkish restaurant.
