This was the only Michelin star restaurant we went to while in Puglia. And to be honest, it was our least favorite dinner. There was four of us in the bill was over €1000 And for that much money, you think you would have a higher elevated dinner. The deconstructed ceviche with two shrimps was absolutely diabolical I think my favorite thing on the tasting menu was the little dumpling at the beginning with the appetizer. Service was absolutely incredible though. And the estate was gorgeous. The dinner just was very underwhelming. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

This place is in a beautiful setting in the middle of nowhere, but conveniently just a few minutes drive from the hotel where we were staying. We had the seven course tasting menu, which was exquisite: delicious appetisers, al dente pasta, fish cooked to perfection, a meat course (skirt steak) and a little dessert to finish off. Food allergies were properly taken into account. They have an extensive list of local and international wines. Highly recommended if you are into fine dining.
