Ordered a takeaway and was told to collect in 30 minutes. 1 hour later it still wasn't ready as my order had been given to someone else, they brought it back and mine had to be re cooked. Several others waiting for a takeaway as well. Had to phone twice initially to get order placed, front desk seems to have several people all working illogically and trying to do everything rather than having assigned tasks. Was offered a discount for my next order due to the issues with this order but I told them I didn't want the discount as I won't be going again which is a shame as we have used Pasha for many years but this is the second time we have had this problem so will now give another place a try. Living in Denmead we have been limited with delivery so decided to try Pasha as our go to Indian does not deliver. Ordered online and was delivered. The lamb was extremely tough and overall the korma, and tikka masala was tasteless. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £70–80 Food: 2
