Dear Mr Belshaw, We are sorry again for the misunderstanding regarding your collection and that your review does not mention the quality of the food or that the other guests waiting for a takeaway had not waited long and were enjoying a drink. Our team is experienced, yet sadly some days are more challenging than others, in this case where a customer had the same name as another. Despite our apologies at the time, we're sorry this led to your review and wish you well in your search for another service.
