If you have an event planned in a soothing food and drink, you need to add more servers. I waited 30 minutes for my drink still did not arrive so I left very poor planning.

Lei ha ragione, è stato un disservizio. Ci dispiace per la sua lunga attesa, purtroppo anche se ce la mettiamo tutta per far funzionare al meglio le cose, capita di sbagliare. Ci scusiamo e speriamo di non deluderla se vorrà tornare a farci visita.
