We had a great time at Pasta Laboratory! Federico was so energetic and informative, he created a nice relaxed atmosphere to learn all about pasta, dried/fresh varieties and the different types of flour. There was a good flow between demonstrations and practical and he came around and offered advice or assistance. We got to eat at the end and mix it with sauces already prepared by Federico (which were divine!) Shout out also to the barman who kept up with refreshments! We stayed after the event finished to enjoy an extra drink in the fab pub garden! Would highly recommend if you want to try something new and fun! It's also a good gift experience to give someone something different for their birthday or anniversary.

We had an absolutely fab time pasta making at my hen do. Federico and John came as a team to our air b and b and ran everything so smoothly. They set all the equipment up and explained everything really clearly. It was great being able to make our pasta and then have it as our evening meal straight after with two different sauces. We had music playing as we worked and had a lot of fun. Everyone was able to do it following the input (even the most novice chefs!). We were a large group of 20 chatty girls but Federico didn’t mind one bit - he just went with the flow! Thank you so much for also following up with an email as it was hard to remember all the tips and tricks alongside the flowing alcoholic drinks! I would highly recommend this to anyone. I will also be going to Bath to visit their place and have another go at some different pasta making! Thank you again!

Federico & John hosted a pasta making activity at my sister’s hen do on the weekend and it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!
