The first thing you notice when entering Pasta Love are the corks. Basically wall-to-wall. It's not just a gimmick, the wine list is probably one of the best in the city. The menu has pretty much everything you can imagine as far as Roman cuisine is concerned, but there is one dish that I always order here without fail: brick à l'oeuf. I usually stop after three.

La prima cosa che ti colpisce entrando da Pasta Love sono i tappi. Migliaia di tappi lungo tutto il muro. Non ci sono per caso, la lista dei vini (specialmente quelli che non sono in lista) è fenomenale. Il menu è quasi tutto romano, ma io scelgo sempre una delle specialità della casa che non ha nulla a che vedere la cucina nostrana: brick à l'oeuf (il proprietario è Tunisino). Di solito riesco a fermare dopo il terzo.
