If you’re at Rodeo 39 in Stanton, you have to check out PastaPhony. This spot seriously has some of the best pasta I’ve had in a while. They offer a build-your-own option, but I kept it simple and went with a couple of their signature dishes—and I’m glad I did. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo… wow. Super creamy, rich, and just straight-up perfection. The sauce coats every bite of pasta, and the chicken was cooked just right. I also tried their shrimp pasta, and this one was on another level. The flavors were bold, the shrimp was juicy, and everything just came together perfectly. Definitely something you don’t see everywhere. Honestly, both dishes hit. Pasta portion was sizable, defiantly ended up sharing it. Which was good because it was delicious. To top it off Jose gave use the best service, he was chatty and friendly and super chill. Thank you Jose! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
