The air you breathe in this place is almost embarrassing. Twice the staff seemed unprepared and extremely inadequate. I wanted to order a cake for my birthday, raspberry and chocolate, and it's as if I had made the most complex request in the world. Girl who works there and couldn't even tell me if it was possible to make the cake, but only limited herself to telling me that the flavor I had chosen wasn't suitable. It's my cake, which I pay for, so I make it as I like it. They gave me a number to call, presumably for the person who makes the cakes, who I should call and she would tell me what flavor to make MY cake. But is everything okay? Zero professionalism
