I ordered a spritz, but it came out very watery and lacking flavor. It was only faintly orange in color. Did not taste like Prosecco or much aperol was added. I asked the waitress about it and she added more aperol, but somehow it still didn’t taste right. Would not recommend. Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Literally my favourite bar in Turin. My ideal day starts at Pastis from about 2pm with the holy trinity (coffee, Aperol spritz, water) and continues there all day, putting the world to rights with my best friend, smoking cigarettes, eating the complimentary snacks that they bring bc I’m drinking at a rate of one drink every half hour, flirting with randoms, eating the meatballs and aubergine parmagiana. I can’t put into words how perfect of a day that is and I’m grateful to have lived it. Thank you Pastis for being the host to the best day ever. I love you more than you’ll ever know Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
