Expect aberration and blasphemy, and as tasty, as they should be. No authentic Roman cuisine, but flavours which will send your imagination everywhere. It was one of the best culinary experiences I ever had. Crispy spaghetti, burnt and fried herbs, playing with burning and grilling food and pushing the boundaries. Try it. If you are up for trying your taste buds. Price per person: €40–50

Fantastic surprise! I happened upon Pastorie by chance and was fascinated by it. Gorgeous evening, great food! You can breathe the air of Abruzzo, a menu for all needs, this bread and chicory evokes the flavors of the past. 5 stars are few! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
