I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was poor from start to finish, and the staff were neither helpful nor understanding. The worst part was being charged for a small stain on a towel. It appeared to be a minor, washable stain, yet the hotel insisted that we pay for it instead of handling it as part of normal laundry. This felt unreasonable and left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor service and unfair charges. There are many other hotels that treat their guests with more respect and professionalism.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you were dissatisfied. The additional Charge was applied because the towels were permanently damaged and could not be restored despite our laundering process. We apply the same damage policy consistently to all guests. We're also sorry that our service was not helpful or understanding. Our team always aims to assist guests respectfully while also following our hotel policies. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the experience we provide.

I returned here three times whilst travelling Nepal and ended up being a bit of a regular. Good rooms, laundry at a reasonable price, and the staff are all lovely (and in particular Pabitra ben was very helpful and was the main reason I stayed here the first time .. she made returning each time very easy!). Would stay here again, best price if traveling with another. Service: 5

This is one of THE BEST hotel for you if you are picky like me. I went to search for many hotels here in boudha, some has nice specious space but has either roaches or A/c are old and was afraid of Inhaling mold. Pata inn is brand new, nice and clean, ppl working here are amazing from restaurant/cafe and receptionist( Yangchen) she is very sweet girl. Also Restaurant food is best here too. I enjoyed staying here and would like to recommend others as well. Stupa( chorten) is 4 min walk. I am happy I picked Pata inn. Thank you whole Team Service: 5
