We were looking forward for Pizza, but they didn’t serve until night time.

I have experienced the restaurant, bar and Lido (beach club) twice. I usually wait to visit a place three times before writing a review but Pata Pata the bar, restaurant and Lido are exceptional. We arrived with no reservations for the beach club twice and somehow miraculously they found us a front row location, I would ding them a star for no online reservations but will not because they have amazing customer service :)) I tried booking in person but could not because they were already fully reserved but trying again and if there is an opening that makes 3 miracles I'll submit them for Sainthood :)) The food and pizza are wonderful and nice selection. The restaurant and bar staff are exceptional, professional and career 'industry' people. I live in Scicli and have been served by the same individuals in different locations and always the service is kind, friendly, and always exceptional (Antonio & Martina 'Bella' Grazie - there are others just do not remember their names). I do suggest making reservations with the restaurant once you arrive at the beach. Having been a bartender all during my University and Medical School, I can say with confidence Pata Pata and the staff want you to have an amazing experience!!! Highly recommend.

We arrived at noon for lunch but the kitchen was set to open at 1230. We thought it's ok and would have a drink and wait... We were then informed that all proper tables in the shade (35°c) we're booked. Knowing the locals I assumed nobody would actually sit to eat at 1230 so we would be able to eat something quickly... They didn't let us so we moved to a barely shaded and hot table at the far end... Ate good food and by 1300 were ready. Needless to say that the restaurant with the "good tables " were still empty by 1315
