To provide some feedback following my recent visit to Patchi Café, a place I have always regarded as one of my favourite establishments for a delightful hot chocolate and sandwich, both of which I find consistently delicious. During my last visit, after enjoying the snacks, I intended to purchase some chocolates as gifts. I approached one of your waitresses, Jean, for assistance in selecting some nice chocolates. Unfortunately, my experience with her was rather disappointing. When I inquired about the details of the chocolates, her response was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. She curtly informed me that I could read the descriptions on the back of the chocolate boxes, which I found to be quite impolite and dismissive. As someone who values quality service and good manners, I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the overall experience, and such behaviour detracts significantly from the otherwise excellent reputation of your café. Food: 4 Service: 1
