A patisserie mainly, but they may some pretty amazing scones as well. Ordered a whole cheese soufflé cake for a birthday party, and it was perfectly creamy and sweet. The flavor was bold but not overpowering, and the amount of whipped cream was an excellent accent, to say nothing of the lightly sugar glazed strawberries. Each mouthful was delightful. I also tried the chocolate scones, and I love their take on scones. They’re square and very dense, the chocolate only added to their sweet, rich texture. The blackened sesame seeds and chestnut scone was also flavorful and dense with a flaky texture. I was happy to find them at the cake shop, and I will definitely eat more of them in the future.
