No atmosphere. Staff monotone and robotic. Food ok. Took my mum and daughter for mums 82nd birthday. Afternoon tea basic, no garnishings or even napkins or doilies on the plates. Wouldn't rush back there Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £50–60 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

It was a nice afternoon tea. Food was nice. The staff were friendly but service was slow due to lack of staff I presume. Took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. As a venue it's pleasant enough but if this was for a more special occasion I would perhaps recommend somewhere else. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
