Merchant 1 vs Customer 0: huge disappointment regarding the quality of the delivery service. We took this option (still charged almost $20) and we received part of our order crushed. We especially deplore the customer relationship: negotiation on the percentage of crushing of the cake, refusal to organize a new delivery and proposal to only go half the way for another less expensive cake.
