This is the greatest place near Jaro Cathedral. This restaurant is recommended for the Filipino cuisine served. A number of visitors of Pat-Pat's Kansi House say that tasty Bbq pork, grilled chicken and soup are offered here.

Finally got to try Pat-Pat's Kansi House! First impression when entering is that it is similar to our go-to soup places in our city ( im not a local) in which it has the vibe of "people deliberately going to the place even though it is out of the way to slurp on their famous Kansi soup" (you get the idea?) the place had a bright white interior , simple yet pleasing. now on to the main dish! First of all the Kansi is a 8.5/10 for me, amongst all the kansi i have tasted this is by far the more superior aside from the one in Maskara inasal they serve good Kansi ( more oily and fatty goodness) too, similar to here but the price point of Pat-Pat's Kansi breaks the indecision! we ordered the Kansi with unod because we were too lazy to order the one with bone marrow, the unod cost 140 pesos while the bone marrow cost 180 pesos. depending on your appetite, one bowl can definitely serve 2 people! The chicken inasal is very good! by far the best and juiciest inasal in the city! you do not even need chicken oil anymore and it is very flavorful. Mang Inasal is a far cry to this chicken trust me, plus you get to have 1 free bowl of kansi soup :) so if you are new, i suggest ordering their chicken inasal and just ask for Kansi soup and you are good to go. 10/10 would recommend and go back
