We visited Patsy on a whim while walking by, stopping for a coffee but we stayed for 3 hours having, coffee, dinner and dessert. The menu is extensive. The dessert was great. The coffee was the best. We ate here several times during our recent stay in Xela. I love the decor especially the room with the book lined walls. Food has been delicious every time. Their daily special is always a safe bet. It includes soup, a choice of two possible mains courses with side dishes and a drink for a very reasonable price. Servers were friendly and helpful.
