I have been getting Patxi's pizza at this location and in SF for years. Tonight I ordered a half baked spinach and pesto deep dish pizza. I brought it home and baked it and when I cut into it, a TON of cheese dumped out of it. It is not even edible. When I called them to let them know, the woman who answered told me to order light cheese next time. That's ridiculous. Zachary's never has this problem. The woman at Patxi's said she would "let them know" and that was it. No credit offer or anything to make it right. Their food and service is terrible. And before they say the labor market is tight and it's hard to get good people, I would say look at Zachary's because their employees are great as is their food and customer service.
