I am from Paul's Caffe located at terminal 1 A today at around 8am EAT. Ordered my breakfast and was privileged to get service from Waitress Joy. I must admit that she was exhibiting her name while offering service not only to me but to all guests she was serving the whole time I was there. She was keen to details, very professional and all her recommendations were spot on. Paul Caffe is lucky to have Joy in their team. Protect her by all means and if there's an award like the best service staff, Joy deserves it without a doubt. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
