French dishes are to be tasted here. Nicely cooked filet américain, bacon and eggs benedict have a nice taste. This restaurant serves good croissants, éclairs and French toasts. Try great coffee or delicious hot chocolate.

The cosy atmosphere of PAUL makes visitors feel relaxed and have a good time. A number of guests find the staff nice. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. Fair prices at this place are good news for its customers. As most reviewers affirm, the decor is cute. Google users awarded the rating of 4.4 to this spot.

It’s hard to believe this is the same restaurant we had visited before. Had the most terrible food and worst dining experience. The drinks and food were mediocre. The prices are exorbitant for the quality and potion sizes. The drinks tasted terrible, I had the apple cooler which tasted nothing like any of the listed ingredients while my friend had a strawberry daiquiri which tasted watered down. The prices for the main meals are crazy given they don’t even come with sides. I had the queen prawn starter with chilli and mushrooms which made me gag, at least the garlic bread was edible. I’m not a chef but I know the difference between a queen prawn and a prawn. The presentation was so dull and not inviting. My friend had a crème brûlée for dessert which also didn’t leave up to the expectation, zero crack with eggy smell and taste. The hazelnut crèpes were so bland and forgetful I even forgot my leftover takeaway The service was soo slow and our waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu. When we finished paying, the waiter asked us for cash cause apparently the tips paid together with the bill using a card have deductions on them before reaching them. Safe to say this is the last time I set my foot at Paul’s restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 400–450 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
