5 stars is the minimum! Chez Paul and their great team led by Sylvie deserve a whole constellation! The entire team, without exception, has know-how and interpersonal skills in full alignment, which is increasingly rare in the profession. Sylvie is an excellent captain, and we see that her joy and professionalism make the service even more wonderful! Their pastry (chocolate éclairs!) and their creamy chocolate are delicious!
