Wonderful place, real Paulaner, delicious sausages with Bavarian sauerkraut, helpful and polite waiters. If not for one BUT. The impression of the evening was completely spoiled by the administrator, whose name we, unfortunately, did not remember. But if this review is read by the network management, then be guided by the date. We were on the evening of December 11th. Rested with two families with three children. On the way out, one of us found that he could not find two numbers from his and the children's jackets. After a long search, in which both the waiters and the cloakroom attendant helped, we asked to quickly resolve this issue and invited the administrator. We were ready to reimburse the cost of rooms in the amount of 500 rubles apiece, but the administrator, apparently counting on some kind of personal reward, refused to give the jackets and said that we had to wait until closing, when all the guests had dispersed. She threatened to call the police, but I myself suggested calling her, because. the illegal retention of our belongings had to be formalized. She also refused to draw up any documents for river numbers, she said give the money to the cloakroom attendant. I asked on what basis and what kind of confirmation of my payment for the lost numbers they would give me, to which I did not receive an answer. So we bickered for about fifteen minutes, I was already planning to call the police, but then a 3-year-old child found the numbers in his pocket. In general, as in a joke - the spoons were found, but the sediment remained. A good impression was completely ruined. I hope the network management will take action against the administrator, explain that a good reputation is higher than personal gain.
