So we went here for a dear family members birthday. We got a lovely table but the jewel on top were the servers. The one we had, I think his name was Forrest(?)was attentive, friendly, professional and the food was well served. It was delicious and just what we asked for. He was helped with our table by others who flew out of the kitchen and presented all our dishes in a timely manner. Lazagna was homemade, steak perfect, fettuccine delightful and my berry salad with added cocout chicken was excellent!For our birthday girl, Forrest offered us the Tirimasu which turns out was made by one of the chefs. De-li-cious. We were also given a plate of 3 cheese cakes on Graham cracker crusts. Also outstanding. The evening passed so pleasantly and it was the service that impressed me. I sampled all the plates and the food was definitely well done to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant in Shawnee as a place for special nights to remember. Of course it's superb for lunches too but here is a stressless place =to eat and feel cared for. I believe Paulo and Bill has been at this location for at least 20 years,Im guessing. I hope it's not a hidden gem because it should never be a secret. . Here's to spreading the word. Paulo and Bill Restaurant was amazing as always! Some friends and I went for a Happy Hour birthday celebration for a friend. The food and service was great!
