Amazing place just by the Vatican City. Caught our attention that it wasn't expensive as other places that are close to tourist attractions. The food was surprisingly good, I specially recommend the Spaghetti all'Amatriciana, of the best I had during my stay in Rome! Pausa Ristorazione is an absolute gem, perfectly situated right across the street from the Vatican. This charming restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with phenomenal service that makes you feel right at home. The food is simply divine, with every dish bursting with freshness and homemade goodness. We savored a delectable sandwich, a rich and flavorful pasta, and tender chicken with perfectly seasoned potatoes. Though we didn't try the pizza, we've heard it's the best in town, and judging by the quality of everything else, we believe it! The warm, mom-and-pop atmosphere of Pausa Ristorazione truly sets it apart, making it a must-visit when in Rome. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
