A kissaten run by a husband and wife team. Smoking is allowed. It's a bright and calm atmosphere with plants and German decor. There are large windows to look at the street and sky and I felt comfortable and cosy. The lunch was great value and the coffee with lunch cost ¥100. I feel like this is a real locals spot.
