Nicely appointed and located venue. Unfortunately the rooftop bar wasn’t open on a Tuesday. The venue was empty around 3pm, and we were ushered to a corner table. The window tables in front of us were empty, with no reserved signs displayed, so we moved over, as we planned to have a quick cocktail, snack, and watch the world go by for an hour or so. I notified the staff member who had seated us, and was told “I have people booked there, which is why I didn’t put you there”. Fair enough, but the tone and the attitude were unpleasant, to the point we decided not to stay. I take it they didn’t need our business, as tourists stream in anyway, so if you’re after higher quality customer service, and a more friendly and welcoming vibe, you may find plenty of other options nearby. Awesome experience. The location and view can’t be beaten. The food was delicious and the drinks menu is so good. I can’t wait to go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $80–100

Had such a great experience at Pavilion Mooloolaba! The team were absolutely amazing and so accommodating from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The rooftop atmosphere is beautiful, the service was incredible and we couldn’t fault a thing. We’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
