I've been waiting for this one and it will be good. I only shop here when I'm in the neighborhood. Last January the parking lot was covered with snow. You couldn't see the lines for park or the arrows for exiting the parking area. An employee and I think she works the customer service counter saw me exiting the parking area and I was going the wrong way because I couldn't see the lines or arrows though it would be funny to block me from exiting. Yesterday I made a complaint about an employee vaping in the store. I made the complaint after I got home on the phone. The customer service counter employee and the manager didn't take it seriously and said they were going to view the camera but didn't. They also told me over 100 customers vape in that store every day and he said I don't do anything about it because they're customer's.LPD said if an employee calls they will issue a ticket to customers. My lungs just don't matter!!! Another visit I asked the bakery worker with dark hair and she's kinda young were the discount bakery bin was. She pointed it out. Then she stopped about 5 employees and was ripping me apart complaining about me just for asking were the day old bakery goods were. I didn't deserve that one bit!!!

I needed help with a price on a produce item that was unmarked. Oscar was super helpful even though he was busy stocking the cooler. He was very helpful and polite.

Pay Less is just your average neighborhood grocery store. Prices are decent, and they have a good selection of everyday items. It’s convenient for quick trips and regular shopping. One downside is that there’s no service counter in the meat department, which may matter to some shoppers. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills grocery store that gets the job done.
