On October 31, 2025, I visited Pedet restaurant in Wrocław during the Halloween party at Renoma mall. At first, the place looked nice — good interior and atmosphere. But later, the whole impression was completely ruined. I was with a friend dressed in a festive costume. We were sitting at the bar and were served a few times without any issues. However, when we came back after a short photo session, we discovered that part of her costume had been thrown away by the bar staff. We received no apology or explanation. Instead, the staff started mocking our Polish with a foreign accent, refused to switch to English, and eventually became openly rude and offensive. The evening was completely ruined. A very unpleasant experience. The bar staff clearly lack basic politeness, English skills, and any understanding of how to handle conflict situations. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
