Since 1937, Peaches Corner has been the epitome of the classic American Lunch Counter restaurant with the long lunch counter and stool seating and a few booths and tables for larger groups. I walked in during the off season and off time, so I had plenty of seating choices and time to chat with all the staff who were extremely kind and friendly making me feel welcome as if I came in every day. I enjoyed the foot long hot dog with the chili and red onions and classic yellow mustard. The root beer float was generous with the ice cream and took me back to my childhood. Of you are in Myrtle Beach, a stop at Peaches Corner is a must. Highly disappointed here. $48 with tip for dinner for 2 - 2 drinks, a bbq plate (with hushpuppies??), and frozen cafeteria burgers. Will not be back
