Terrible server, rude and dismissive, food took over 45 min to arrive after being wrong twice. Don't recommend. Very disappointed. Even better, thought food was on its way out, didn't even arrive. Paid for our drinks and left. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So, after I wrote a review for 'Pearl Street Pizzeria & Pub', I get a message from the 'Business Owner' - Courtney A. "Do you have any reason to give 2 stars, other than you didn't care for the location? Seems a bit harsh." First of all, Courtney A., you could have commented on my review, on your business page. But for some reason, you sent me 'Direct Message'??? Did you want me to take down my review? If you wanted me to do that, you should have just said that!

I direct messaged bc I was genuinely curious if there was something wrong with the experience other than you didn’t care for our location. It was a direct message bc not everything needs to be a public broadcast. Some things can be discussed directly and when it comes to someone’s experience we want to hear details that we can use to improve.
