Terrible service and delivery. I placed an order at 7pm, it was 11pm and the order was not delivered. We contacted the establishment not once, but several times and the response was always the same, that the order was out for delivery. We understand that there are demands and delivery routes for the order to be delivered, but the lack of communication from the establishment with me as a customer was absurd. Furthermore, the delivery man claimed that he was at my door to make the delivery, causing me more annoyance, as I was waiting for him at the door and he never arrived. The responsibility for the lack of professionalism does not lie with me as a customer, but with the establishment and its respective delivery and service employees. Furthermore, I would not wish this inconvenience to any other customer. Because they will never have my recommendation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
