My son is crazy about mangoes! So I called up all the bakeries in town and this was one of the two that had mango cake. I got two cakes from both bakeries and this one was by far the best with fresh mangoes. The frosting is a whipped cream frosting, and the cake itself is more denser. But it all went together very well and was not too sweet and delicious. (Although I will say it was quite pricey. 1/27/2023: Our first time at Pegasus Bakery & Cafe. I love the Pegasus mural inside the cafe. My wife Deanna ordered the avocado smoothie, along with a pastry and she says it was delicious. I ordered sausage on a bun and it was very tasty. Quick service.
