love the location at the mall. The food is phenomenal by far me and my wife's favorite sesame chicken around, as the mall was closed I came to this location where I wasn't expecting it to be spot on from the malls but hoping it was going to be close, instead the chicken, well more specifically the breading on the chicken was so soft and mushy it really grossed me out to the point where I couldn't eat more than a few bites, I got three sesame chicken orders for myself, my wife and daughter and all of us couldn't even finish half of it, very disappointed that I spent over $50 and it ended up in the trash all 3 plates were the same. Did not come even close to the other location and wouldn't recommend going to this one! Ill share photos! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The woman working tonight handed me my tray of food and didn’t put it in a plastic bag. She didn’t tell it was completely doused in sauce and the styrofoam, unsealed, flat tray was full of it.i was carrying it under my arm at a very flat angle so I could carry my drink as well. Didn’t make it to my seat in the food court before feeling warmth and realizing this thick, sticky syrup was pouring down my entire outfit. I was with a friend so I sat down to eat anyway, but I was *extremely* uncomfortable eating my food while covered in sticky brown sauce. The rice tasted like it came straight out of a ziplock. My transaction with this woman was completely normal so I have no idea if she hands everyone their food this way because Pei Wei doesn’t even keep plastic bags, or if she was lazy, or if she had some kind of attitude against me. But I’m pretty livid after that experience. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pei Wei Asian Express is trying to copy Panda Express. But with my experienced today. They FAILED big time. Food quality was disgusting. Food choices — ALL Same color on the offering table— from brown to dark brown. Not appetizing to the eyes. Shrimp was $1.29 more compare to Panda Express Shrimp Honey Walnut only $1.25. Its only 4cents more, but Panda Express is way better. If you want half/half Fried rice and noodles— $1 extra more. At Panda is FREE no charge at all. I was so excited to see Pei Wei at this mall for the first time. I was so hesitant to try it at first. Now I’m regretting it, I wish I follow my gut feeling and go somewhere else. The execution and delivery of how it’s cooked was very subpar and very poor. I would never come back here again or give another chance— Panda Express is still #1! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1
