Absolutely terrible experience. Waited 25 minutes for our drinks had to go up and ask and still had to wait and got no apology. One $18 cocktail was undrinkable tasted awful was not made correctly. I will never be going back to the pier. Service: 1

Went for lunch. Awful service, got ignored and when we got service it was lax and a smile wouldnt have gone astray. Food was great, delicious and good serving size but wouldn't go again due to the attendant and staff Service: 1

I celebrated my wedding in the recently renovated function room and it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The room looked stunning and the views over the beach were breathtaking. The functions coordinator Amanda was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process and went above and beyond for us. The front of house staff were friendly and did a great job. The kitchen staff did a fantastic job and the food was delicious.I highly recommend the Glenelg Pier Hotel for any function bookings
