We had Eric as a bartender and he was so funny and attentive. The restaurant was under construction so it was a limited food menu. We had the chicken Flautas, and chips & queso & salsa.. and a few house margaritas. Everything was great. We will definitely be back, especially when Eric is on!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Highly recommend. Pelon's is just a little hole-in-the-wall building inside, but that was fine with us, it had real homestyle atmosphere. There is more seating outside under the trees. I ordered the spinach enchiladas, and was amazed that it was stuffed with fresh leaves, not frozen. It was delicious, stuffed with black bean & corn & portobello mushrooms. The rice was also very good, with a light flavor that didn't taste like it came out of a seasoning packet. Excellant service, and we considered going back for Sunday brunch. And the margaritas were good and really smooth. My friend had a jerk shrimp taco & carnitas. She enjoyed them. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
