I’m very disappointed with the cake I ordered for my son’s birthday. The taste was completely off! it was so salty and not enjoyable at all. Kids where so upset. The white cream on top was bland with no real flavor, and the red velvet sponge itself was extremely dry and like a trash. Even though I specifically requested that the cake be made to the best quality for this special occasion, it was far from acceptable. None of my family members could eat it, and we had to leave most of it untouched, which was very upsetting on such a special occasion. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I expected at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pancakes didn’t taste fresh and were soggy and not fully cooked. Many of the drinks on the menu were unavailable and the pink lemonade was too sour, a solid 2/10. The music was loud and it was more like wedding music rather than cafe music. The overall ambience was not very appealing, and the staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming. I loved peme’s cakes for their styles but after visiting the shop, I can easily say it’ll be the last time I visit. Price per person: BHD 1–5 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Our pancakes are supposed to be delicious and our menu should be all available to you. As the owner it hurts me to hear feedback like this because I trust my staff to ensure the availability of everything.
