The food, and atmosphere was great, but the best and excellent part was the service that we got from Ben! He was not our waiter, he saw that no one had approached us to provide service! He took it upon him self to take care of us. He was very professional about the situation and he stated I’ll take care of you guys! He provided an excellent experience and excellent customer service, even though he had the entire restaurant to take care of, we saw him running back and forth from table to table. Enjoying my second day at the Hilton Baltimore with breakfast at their Pendulum 401 Restaurant. The food is good, and the service is outstanding! Chef Northan makes excellent omelets! It's a good start to my day in Baltimore. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30
