This is a special shop and you should go if you love good waffles, good ice cream and a genuine and wonderful person (owner). I give this shop a 10 out of 10. I will come back every time I come to Okayama. Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went in shortly after lunch but the place was full. We got a seat at the counter where the owner was preparing desserts and drinks. The shop has been around for 50 years! It's got a lovely Studio Ghibli feel to it. The waffles and soft serve was delicious but the highlight was the lovely conversation we had with the owner! He is so kind and chatty, and loves to talk. You can't miss this place if you're in Okayama. It's a must visit. If I'm not mistaken he might be closed on from Monday-Wednesday so call ahead to check. Everything was very affordable as well! Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
