Evening sir, My name is Andy, I’m the owner at Pepe’s. I’m in shock as you are. We do not charge for forks and knuves when you order a meal. For the Large catering orders we do charge for set ups, a plate, napkins, fork, and knife when feeding a large amount of people. I apologize, if you can email me at Pepes6081@gmail.com, if you know who you spoke to, that would help me a lot. Again I apologize for any inconvenience. I spoke to the girl who took your order and explained to her that we don’t charge customers for forks and knives period! I’m embarrassed. I can’t even begin to apologize for her behavior!
