Seated immediately at 5:15. Chips and salsa served as soon as we sat down. Friendly host for front of the house. Had a little short diddy of what you can get to drink. He said it at every table. Chips were ok, flavorless, salsa was unfortunately spicy. Asked for another salsa. They don't have another. Food came out quickly. We ordered a combination plate with chili rellenos, pork tamale and pork enchiladas with rice and beans. All spicy. Even the refried beans had spice. Hard to enjoy the meal when your mouth is on fire. Honestly it has been years since we decided to try it. We couldn't remember why we kept it off our list. Completely reminded why. It's old and outdated. Smells. Decor is dusty, pictures off kilter, bathroom was dirty and dusty. Perfect for anyone who likes spicy Mexican food. Prices are fair too. But had to laugh when my husband's menu had the same items, written in cheaper. Sure we will order off his menu of course.
