Disappointing experience overall. 1. The service was extremely slow. Our order took around 30–40 minutes, even though there were only four occupied tables in the restaurant. This was especially surprising since the food requires minimal cooking. 2. Several staff members were hanging out at one of the dining tables. If they were on their break, that’s completely understandable, but they should at least keep the table tidy and maintain a professional appearance since customers can clearly see them in uniform. It gave the impression that the dining area was being treated more like a staff lounge than a restaurant. 3. The cashier wasn’t friendly or welcoming, which left a poor first impression. I hope management addresses these concerns, as better service, professionalism, and customer interaction would greatly improve the overall dining experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We always wanted to dine out at pepper lunch nuvali after its break. However, luck is always not on our side . It’s either their beef pepper steak is not available or their debit card payment is not working. Further, qr code payments are also not available. Hope service improves…. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
