After you have seen Aoba-dori Avenue, come to this restaurant. The unique characteristic of Pepper Lunch is serving good hamburgers, beef and pepper steaks. The gracious staff welcomes visitors all year round. The cool service is a great plus of this place. Come here for the nice atmosphere.
