The rooms in this hotel are some of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. High quality all around. We were on the 17th floor and the view was amazing. The casino and restaurants are well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food that we tried in Biscotti’s and Cafe Milano* was very good. *The butterscotch sundae was plenty for two! My only disappointment was that there’s really nothing to do if you don’t gamble. There’s a nice swimming pool if you like to swim, and some sort of spa, but I saw only two shops. The rest was gambling and food. Service: 5

Centrally located to quickly get to anywhere you need to in Reno. It's a short hop over to Bristlecone Brewing Company - that I highly recommend. I stayed in the Tuscany Tower this time and will so each and every time I return to this wonderful hotel. My room was spacious and newly remodelled. The poker room has consistent action and lots of tournaments. Make certain that you go to the Fireside Lounge while you are there. Currently, they are providing coupons at check-in for 2 for 1 drinks in the lounge.

Stayed at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino for a conference (I’m here a couple times a year). It was nice to not have construction on my floor this visit. That said, there were a few issues that stood out. There were screws left on the bathroom floor at check-in. At Biscotti, I found plastic in my eggs and was still charged for soda water. Romanza had a noticeable smoke odor and loud music that made service difficult, and the lasagna was overcooked. Oceano’s ~$50/person menu including imitation crab was also surprising at that price point. The frequent requirement to sign receipts for routine purchases (often with gratuity prompts) felt a bit excessive for 2026. On the positive side, the front desk was helpful when issues came up, housekeeping did a great job keeping the room stocked, and both Bimini Steakhouse and the spa were excellent. Those experiences really stood out
