For the few times that I have been, staff have been so warm and welcoming. I had just come back from doing a concert and was holding a certificate and one of the staff had asked what I got it for, told him singing and now with the bond we've built, he is now promised backstage passes when I get big!! Ordered a veggie burrito on deliveroo. I got to the end of eating my burrito and found a piece of meat inside at the end. I called the branch to a staff member who just said she had just started her shift and therefore 'didn't know what's been going on' and I'm sure if you send a picture to deliveroo they will refund you. No apology, no mention of putting me on the phone to a manager very disappointed. I had a good experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today. The ingredients tasted fresh, and my bowl was well-portioned and flavorful. The staff were friendly and moved the line quickly.
