Just visited the newly opened cafe in Laban District Perch, and I’m already impressed! The V60 was perfectly brewed clean, balanced, and full of nuanced flavor. You can really tell they care about their coffee quality. I paired it with the pecan and coconut berry cake, and it was absolutely delicious. The nuttiness from the pecan, the subtle sweetness of coconut, and the brightness from the berries complemented the coffee beautifully.
