We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Peregrine and could not have been more impressed. We sat at the bar, which was the perfect place to enjoy the restaurant’s warm, sophisticated atmosphere and watch the evening unfold. The food was outstanding from beginning to end. We started with a series of appetizers, followed by the swordfish and the steak, and finished with a fantastic dessert. Every course was beautifully prepared, well balanced, and memorable. As excellent as the food and atmosphere were, the true highlight of the evening was Katherine, our bartender and server. She was phenomenal. Katherine was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience special. She guided us through the menu, anticipated everything we needed, and delivered the kind of service that turns a great dinner into an unforgettable evening. Exceptional service can completely define a dining experience, and Katherine did exactly that. Peregrine is fortunate to have her, and we will absolutely return—not only for the incredible food and atmosphere, but especially because of the outstanding hospitality she provided.
