This was my second time ordering from Perfect Meat Bowl, and it was another great experience. I ordered the dry-style boiled meat bowl with fish fillet at medium spice, along with steamed rice. The flavor was rich and savory, and the medium spice level had a nice kick without being overwhelming. The fish was tender, the portion was very generous, and everything tasted fresh. The food was also packed well for takeout. I’ll definitely be coming back again! First time here and would go back. One of those build your own individual hotpot bowls where you pick your ingredients, soup base, and they cook it for you and bring it out. Good basic variety of ingredients and your bowl total is by weight. There's also other menu items. The eggplant is a definite must order! Popcorn chicken was also crispy and juicy. The plum juice is also not too sweet or smoky like other places. Service was very good with the staff being very friendly and helpful with suggestions and asking about allergies and such.
