Thankyou for your feedback To clarify the situation your wife called to placed and order and requested an half / half medium pizza although this is not something we normally offer we accommodated the request to staff as gesture of goodwill because you have been a regular costumer When you arrived you told us this is not the pizza you wanted and then you said you expecting a thinner pizza we immediately offer you to make a new one but you declined the offer You repeatedly said that you should’ve go somewhere else to have pizza at that time we there’s nothing more we could responsibly do to resolve the issue specially our offer to make new pizza you refused We respect all our customers opinion but it is important as well that all the situation and full context is explained and understood We always try to help our customers and try to solve all the problems whenever possible Kind regards
