Concierge Restaurant Guru · Highlights from 1,653 reviews
1,653 reviews are a lot to read. I'll show you what guests consistently praise — and what's worth knowing before you go.
There is no additional detail explaining what “chic” includes. But apparently the folks pictured in typical tourist wear were acceptable but vuori joggers and lululemon were not. Similarly a woman wearing short shorts was allowed entry. The anonymized photos attached are simply to show real diners who were allowed entry since the restaurant does not specify what is or isn’t allowed on its website or communications. This will help future diners understand what is acceptable vs what is not.
Future diners considering this place should be forewarned about not only the extremely vague rule but also the unhelpfulness of the hostess. There was no attempt to find us a future reservation or to find us another seat at another Printemps establishment. Her behavior and decision was so arbitrary, it made me question whether she was discriminating against us as we were one of very few non-white guests there that evening.
